The Curtis Home [Cohasset, MA]

Proposal for an Alzheimer's Disease Care Center as a community sponsored plan for funding by The George E. Curtis Estate. 24 person daycare, 4 person respite program, and offices for the Alzheimer's Disease Support Group of the South Shore with services to be provided by Sherrill House and the New England Deaconess Hospital. Plan presented to the Attorney General of Massachusetts - Division of Public Charities, Plymouth County Probate and Family Court, and the Trustees of the Curtis Estate.

Sherrill House [Boston, MA]

Phased renovation program for rehabilitating and upgrading nursing home built in 1972. All nursing units and public common areas of facility renovated while facility was fully occupied.

The Cambridge Homes [Cambridge, MA]

Execution of facility space needs, life safety and renovation study prepared by our firm in 1987. Renovation and life safety improvements to 50 bed rest home built in 1910. Addition of new sunroom, community room, new bathing facilities, fire stairs and elevator. General upgrading of the facility.

Faneuil HIV Housing, Beacon Hill [Boston, MA]

21 unit HUD 811 new construction for persons with AIDS. Designed to fit in historic district.

18 unit independent living for persons with mental disabilities. Adaptive reuse of school building.

12 unit independent living facility for persons with AIDS.

Rogerson House - Boston Alzheimer's Center [Boston, MA]

New 62 bed Alzheimer's care center consisting of the renovation of a former nursing home, and a new addition to create a complete new facility. State of the art design features incorporated specially for Alzheimer's care. Extensive exterior landscaping and wandering paths and gardens.

Luther Ridge [Middletown, CT]

Renovation of historic mansion with additions to create a continuing-care senior community consisting of 45 apts for indpendent elders: 45 units of assisted living/managed residential care, 38 Independent lliving cottages and a 45 bed skilled nursing facility on a 30 acre estate.

The Boston Home Expansion & Renovations [Boston, MA]

Renovations to nursing facility for care of persons with Multiple Schlerosis. New additions consisting of 12 additional single rooms, new activity, therapy and dining spaces. Reconfiguration of circulation and addition of two new elevators.

Sherrill House Expansion / Frank Wood Center [Boston, MA]
