Emmanuel House Assisted Living Conversion [Brockton, MA]

Reconstruction of an existing 60 unit luxury elderly facility into 90 units of assisted living units by converting larger units into small self contained assisted living units and adding central kitchen with dining spaces.

The Cambridge Homes [Cambridge, MA]

Execution of facility space needs, life safety and renovation study prepared by our firm in 1987. Renovation and life safety improvements to 50 bed rest home built in 1910. Addition of new sun room and communtiy room, new bathing facilities, fire stairs and elevator as well as general upgrade of the facility.

Rogerson House - Boston Alzheimer's Center [Boston, MA]

New 62 unit Alzheimer's Care Center consisting of renovation of a former nursing home and a new addition combined to create a complete new facility under HUD Insured Mortgage. The state of the art design features incorporated specially for Alzheimer's care. Site features extensive exterior landscaping and wandering paths within garden.

Luther Ridge [Middletown, MA]

Renovation of historic mansion with additions to create a continuing care senior community consisting of 45 apts for inedpendent elders, 45 units of assisted living/managed residential care, 38 Independent living cottages and a 45 bed skilled nursing facility on a 30 acre estate. Project funded under HUD 202 & State of CT Model Managed Residential Care Grant.

Hong Lok House [Boston, MA]

Preservation and restoration of the facades of 3 nineteenth century commercial buildings combined into a new infill building with an 8 story addition to create a unified new building for 75 units of senior housing. New senior center and adult day health program space at ground floor. Project is designed to be built in two phases to accommodate relocation of 28 existing residents in the existing Hong Lok building. Project is within the Essex Street Historic District and requires Section 106 review and approval.

Spencer House - 25 School Street [Boston, MA]

New 4 story brick and precast concrete trim consist of 46 unit of senior housing with 5,000 sq ft adult day health program. New building designed to fit into a Historic Register complex of 4 buildings, creating a senior community complex. Project financed under HUD 202 Program.

VNA Assisted Living Community [Somerville, MA]

New 57 unit, 7 story, masonry bearing walls and concrete plank building. Designed next to CBESís headquarters with supported services furnished by sponsor.
