Luther Ridge [ Middletown, CT ] 2006
Creation of a new continuing care senior community consisting of 45 apts for inedpendent elders, 45 units of assisted living/managed residential care. Project is built using a wood modular system and assembled on site for speed and economy. Project funded under HUD 202 & State of CT Model Managed Residential Care Grant.
