Fanueil Housing [ Boston, MA ] 1995-1996
Adative reuse of a historic former elementary school built in 1911 into 40 SRO units and 8 family units. Now named Fanueil House. A new 21 unit HUD 811 New Construction project for AIDS patients was designed to fit in The Beacon Hill historic district and located in the school's front parking area.
